Europe remains the king (at least before COVID)

Despite Europe's monumental efforts to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent, it continues to reign supreme in aviation emissions, which are double those of the United States.

Reducing emissions requires not only the development of new technologies and diversification of energy sources, but also the realization that perpetual economic growth and rising profits are incompatible with natural laws.
